• Integrate health, safety, and environment procedures and best practices into every operational activity with assigned line-functional responsibilities at all levels for improving and sustaining HSE performance.
• Encourage employees to maintain a safe and healthy workplace through periodic reviews of operational procedures, safe working methods, and a safe working environment.
• Develop a culture of safety through active leadership and provide appropriate training at all levels to enable employees to fulfill their HSE responsibilities.
• Incorporate appropriate health, safety, and environment criteria into business decisions for selecting plant and technology, performance appraisals, and appointments in key positions.
• Conserve natural resources by improving efficiency, reducing wastage in our processes, and promoting the use of solar energy.
• Ensure availability of appropriate resources at all times to fully implement the company’s health, safety, and environment policy.
